Shipping Information

Nicoprof.com is Your Global Snus Shop – our guiding principle with deliveries is that we seek to keep shipping costs super-low and make our products available to customers everywhere in the world!

Shipping is available to countries visible at checkout, which include all EU countries and most other countries in the world. If your country is not featured in the list at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination. Shipping costs are always included in your shopping cart total.

For destinations outside the EU, we ask that you read up on how customs work in your home state, as we may not be able to help you with all customs issues.

Our shipping provider is DHL, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout to your destination.

With our Standard Tracked Shipping, you will receive a tracking ID in a separate email after receiving Confirmation along with a link to the courier’s website to track your order. The delivery time ranges by destination. Please note that during busy times, i.e Christmas holidays, service delays may occur. Therefore we ask you to note that the delivery time is an indication, not a guarantee.

Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order every day with the exception of Fridays and days preceding public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday or on a day preceding a public holiday after 8.00am, the order may not be shipped until the following business day.
